Community Designs (European Union)
A Community Design is a unitary industrial design right that covers the European Community.
We offer representation before the Trade Marks and Designs Registration Office of the European Union (OHIM) which is responsible for registering trade marks and designs that are valid in all 27 countries of the EU. |
